Today we received word that 'Place in Time' has arrived for the first time in the United States. The CD was ordered by Chris Garner,
From Duluth, Georgia USA. He let us know that he's really enjoying the album. Thank you so much Chris, it's really great to know you're enjoying our music over there in the States!

The CD presentation was a great success! A lot of people were attending our show in The Platform Theater at Groningen.
We were quite overwhelmed by their reactions, both during and after our performance (see photos).
We are currently promoting our CD and looking out for new performances. We have also made contacts with several magazines
and are awaiting our first reviews.
The CD is doing quite well already, we've passed our first 100 copies. You can order your copy by clicking the link at the right side of this page.

Finally, our long-awaited debute album will be released! Our CD will be presented at June 18, 2009 in the Platform Theater at Groningen.
The adress is Boterdiep 46-48 and the start will be at approximately 20:00 pm.
We would like to invite you to attend the presentation with friends, family and acquaintances. Intentions will do a live performance and of course the album
will be available for sale.
We hope to see you at June 18!

After some final adjustments to the sound, the mixing process was finished in February. We then had to do the song mastering, something we fully concentrated on.
This took quite some time, but we were all very pleased with the result.
The songs have become more sparkling and dynamic and sound even better together. Thanks for all the effort, Michiel and Pieter!

The mixing process is almost complete. It turned out to be a huge task, but fun and informative to do.
When we are done (probably at the end of January), we can start mastering. We expect this to take 1 or 2 weeks.
Finally, a company will print the cds and covers. This will take approximately one month.

Recently, we have updated our music player. You can listen to new versions of Thaw Me, On The Run and Back.
We also added two new songs: Aimless and Wasted. We hope this will give you an even better idea of how we sound. Enjoy!

The cd recordings are almost completed. Only a few vocal tracks have to be recorded left.
Good news, because now we can focus on mixing our songs. It’s hard to tell how much time this will take,
but we try to work as efficient as possible. We’ll keep it rolling!

For many years we have worked with a temporary drummer, Theo v/d Zee, a great drummer who will appear on all songs of our album.
However, for the long term we had to find another drummer. In fact, we were looking for the perfect drummer
(yes, we are perfectionists indeed) a long time already. Many drummers came for audition and none fitted so far.
But now at last, we found him! Petrick Glasbergen has joined us and he will also appear in our live shows that will be coming up.
By the way, he is a friend of our singer Roelof: they have played in the same band for years.
Petrick, welcome to Intentions, and we will make it a big thing!

We now have a weblog at "3voor12", part of the dutch broadcasting company "VPRO".
We also received a nice respons from their redaction and promised them to keep up with our weblog.
